Performance Requirements

Schedule

Each group will have 20 minutes to warm-up and then perform 2 adjudicated selections. Warm-up and performance will take place on stage. Scheduling will be done on a first come first served basis. In other words, the earlier you apply, the more time slots you have to choose from.

Music Requirements

Directors are required to provide 2 sets of music scores for the 2 adjudicated selections for each performing group. Due to the location of the performance site, we cannot accommodate any accompanying combos with drum set, guitar, electronic keyboards, etc.

Equipment Provided

The Busch Gardens Choral Festival will provide choral risers, acoustic piano, and 2 solo microphones.

Awards

Each performing group will receive a plaque with the appropriate rating of superior, excellent, good, or fair.
